The hiring process is customized for each client and process but here is an example of the screening which goes into finding a BPO recruit:

Each BPO recruit on our team in India goes through extensive pre-hire testing, including an initial phone screening, a logical and reasoning test, and an off-the-cuff test of their ability to think on their feet or engage in small talk if required.

Additionally each candidate is required to review audio and/or video clips and is asked questions based on the clip. This helps us determine his or her ability to comprehend a variety of U.S. accents. Candidates also participate in mock calls that cover nearly any possible real-life customer service scenario, such as dealing with a variety of customer types, from irate to rude or chatty. They also participate in reservations mock calls, mock outbound sales calls and other tests to ensure they are fit for the task.

In the last phase of the screening process, the candidate is subjected to a final interview to determine overall suitability for work with our customers. This thorough screening process ensures only the most qualified and skilled candidates are working on your business.
