Aliengena Inc. is based in Heber City, Utah. We help companies hire staff in India to do their work for them. The staff remains our employees and sit in our office but are at the sole disposal of your company to perform the tasks you assign. In our offshore staffing model our clients maintain control with their management staff while we help them get staffed overseas.

We chose India for several reasons. They have a cultural of education, combine this with the population and you get a massive workforce of well educated people. We were also very impressed with the technological infrastructure and the motivation of the employees.
